What Connects It All

The common thread is simple: I’m good at taking something messy — a CRM, a business process, a website idea, a podcast brand — and turning it into something people can understand, use and care about.
A bit more human than a normal “consultant” page.
My background crosses teaching, technology, CRM leadership, website building and creative communication. That mix is useful because most digital problems are not just technical — they are about people, process, trust and presentation.
I currently continue to grow my professional career while building a thoughtful side ecosystem around the things I’m genuinely good at: systems, websites and stories.
